REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. CORPORATE RETURN PHILOSOPHY
At YEK COMMERCE LLC, we stand unequivocally behind the structural integrity, safety, and quality of our Home Improvement and hardware products. We understand that in the realms of construction, renovation, and DIY projects, specifications can change, and occasional discrepancies may arise. Our Refund and Return Policy is meticulously engineered to provide a fair, transparent, and streamlined process for our consumers, while simultaneously upholding the strict safety, hygiene, and resalability standards mandated by the hardware and home improvement industry.
By purchasing from YEK COMMERCE LLC, you explicitly agree to the terms, conditions, and procedural requirements detailed within this legally binding policy.
2. STRICTLY DOMESTIC RETURNS (U.S. ONLY)
As YEK COMMERCE LLC operates entirely and exclusively within the United States, our return protocols, return shipping labels, and logistical frameworks are strictly limited to domestic U.S. addresses. We do not facilitate, process, or accept international returns under any circumstances. Any merchandise transported outside of the United States post-delivery immediately voids all return eligibility and warranty claims.
3. STANDARD RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY
Customers may initiate a return for eligible merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days from the verified date of delivery. To qualify for a full refund (excluding original shipping/freight charges, where applicable), the returned merchandise must strictly adhere to the following baseline conditions:
Pristine and Unused Condition: The item must be entirely unused, unaltered, and uninstalled. In the home improvement sector, tools or fixtures that have been subjected to torque, electrical current, structural mounting, or fluid exposure are fundamentally compromised and cannot be safely resold.
Original Packaging Integrity: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, including all original structural supports, Styrofoam padding, shrink-wrap (if applicable), and exterior boxing.
Complete Components: All ancillary components, including mounting hardware, screws, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and safety warnings, must be present and accounted for.
4. INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to strict federal safety standards, hygiene considerations, and the inherent nature of home improvement logistics, the following categories of merchandise are classified as strictly non-returnable and final sale:
Installed or Modified Fixtures: Any plumbing, electrical, or structural fixture that has been installed, wired, or physically altered.
Power Tools and Heavy Machinery: Power tools that show any signs of operational use, dust accumulation, motor engagement, or missing safety guards.
Custom-Cut or Fabricated Materials: Any wire, chain, piping, lumber, or shelving that has been custom-cut or fabricated specifically to your project's dimensions.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, industrial adhesives, chemical solvents, aerosols, and items classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) cannot be returned due to strict Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping regulations.
Opened Consumables: Sealants, caulk, paint, and grout where the factory seal has been broken or punctured.
5. THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) PROTOCOL
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Sending an item back to our Cheyenne, Wyoming corporate headquarters without prior written authorization will result in the refusal of the package at the dock, and it will be returned to the sender at their expense.
To initiate a return, you must follow our strict Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:

Contact Support: Email info@yekcommercellc.com within the 30-day window. Your email must include your Order ID, the specific SKU/Product Name, and a detailed, photographic justification for the return.

Review and Approval: Our technical support team will evaluate your request against our safety and resale standards within 24 to 48 business hours.

RMA Issuance: Upon approval, you will receive a unique RMA Number and a digitized Return Shipping Label, alongside specific packaging instructions for heavy or fragile hardware. The RMA number must be clearly affixed to the exterior of the return parcel.
6. SHIPPING TIMELINES AND LOGISTICAL DEDUCTIONS
Please recall our standard operational commitments: orders are dispatched with a 1 to 2 business days handling time and arrive via a 3 to 5 business days transit time.
When returning an item, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be calculated and deducted from the final refund amount. Exception: If the return is necessitated by a verifiable error on the part of YEK COMMERCE LLC (e.g., dispatch of an incorrect SKU, structural defect upon arrival), we will absorb 100% of the return freight costs.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE FREIGHT PROTOCOL
Given the weight and bulk of home improvement materials, transit damage, though rare, can occur. If your merchandise arrives structurally damaged or defective:
You must report the damage to info@yekcommercellc.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.
You are legally required to retain all original packaging materials and the damaged item itself, as our carrier partners (and our internal QA team) mandate photographic evidence to process freight insurance claims.
Failure to report transit damage within the 48-hour window severely jeopardizes our ability to issue a replacement or refund.
8. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESSING
Upon receipt of your authorized return at our designated domestic fulfillment center, our quality assurance technicians will subject the item to a rigorous, multi-point inspection to verify its uninstalled and pristine status.
Passing Inspection: If the merchandise passes our structural and aesthetic inspection, a refund will be authorized. The credited funds will be routed back to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days, contingent upon your financial institution's processing speeds.
Failing Inspection: If the item is found to be used, missing vital mounting hardware, or damaged due to improper return packaging, YEK COMMERCE LLC reserves the absolute right to impose a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, or to reject the refund entirely. In the event of a total rejection, the compromised item can be shipped back to the customer at their sole expense.
