1. OVERVIEW OF OUR LOGISTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

At YEK COMMERCE LLC, we understand that the successful execution of any construction, renovation, or home improvement project is heavily dependent on the precise and timely delivery of materials. The logistics of transporting industrial-grade hardware, heavy building materials, fragile fixtures, and high-torque power tools require a specialized and rigorous approach.

This Shipping Policy constitutes a legally binding extension of our Terms of Service. By placing an order with YEK COMMERCE LLC, you acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to the logistical frameworks, delivery timelines, and transit conditions meticulously outlined in this document.

2. STRICTLY DOMESTIC DELIVERY (UNITED STATES ONLY)

YEK COMMERCE LLC operates a strictly domestic logistical network. We exclusively process, fulfill, and ship orders to verifiable addresses located within the fifty (50) states of the United States of America.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding international shipping. Under no circumstances do we accept orders bound for international territories, nor do we ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, due to the extreme weight and size restrictions associated with home improvement cargo. Any order placed with an international destination or utilizing an international freight-forwarding service to circumvent this restriction will be systematically flagged, immediately canceled, and fully refunded.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME

To ensure the structural integrity of your items during transit, our warehouse personnel engage in specialized packaging protocols. Heavy hardware, sensitive electrical components, and sharp tools must be meticulously secured to prevent movement and damage within the cargo hold.

  • Standard Handling Time: All verified and authorized orders are subject to a strict 1 to 2 business days handling time.

  • Processing Window: This handling period begins the moment your payment is successfully cleared and verified. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time), or on weekends and federal U.S. holidays, will begin their 1 to 2 business days processing cycle on the morning of the following business day.

4. TRANSIT TIMES AND CARRIER PROTOCOLS

Once your order has passed our internal Quality Assurance (QA) inspection and has been securely packaged, it is dispatched to our network of premier domestic carriers (including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers for oversized materials).

  • Standard Transit Time: Following the handling period, standard domestic delivery requires a 3 to 5 business days transit time.

  • Total Delivery Expectation: Therefore, from the moment your order is placed, you can expect the physical arrival of your goods within a combined timeframe of 4 to 7 business days.

  • Note on Transit Variables: While we legally mandate these timelines with our carrier partners, YEK COMMERCE LLC cannot be held financially liable for localized delivery delays caused by severe weather events (force majeure), catastrophic regional infrastructure failures, or national carrier strikes.

5. FREIGHT LOGISTICS AND HEAVY CARGO (LTL)

The home improvement sector frequently involves the procurement of oversized, excessively heavy, or palletized materials (e.g., bulk flooring, heavy machinery, large vanities).

  • LTL Deliveries: If your order necessitates LTL freight delivery, the carrier will mandate a delivery appointment. You, or a legally authorized representative over the age of eighteen (18), must be physically present at the designated residential or commercial construction site to sign for the delivery.

  • Curbside Delivery Standard: Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process, all heavy freight deliveries are strictly "Curbside." The carrier driver is legally restricted from moving palletized goods into your home, garage, or active construction zone. You are solely responsible for transporting the materials from the curb to their final resting location.

6. ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS AND REROUTING

Due to the high-value and frequently bulky nature of home improvement supplies, we enforce strict address verification protocols to prevent fraud and logistical failure.

  • P.O. Boxes: We categorically do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential, commercial, or verified construction site address is legally required for all transactions.

  • Address Modifications: Once an order has completed the 1 to 2 business days handling phase and has been physically dispatched from our Cheyenne, Wyoming facility, the shipping address cannot be altered or rerouted.

7. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Complete transparency is a cornerstone of our customer service. The moment your parcel or pallet is scanned by our carrier partners, a uniquely generated Tracking Number or Freight Bill of Lading (BOL) will be automatically dispatched to your registered email address. This digital tracking infrastructure allows you to monitor the real-time geographic progression of your vital materials, enabling you to coordinate your construction or renovation schedules accordingly.

8. DAMAGED FREIGHT, LOST PACKAGES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Transit Damage: If your merchandise arrives visibly damaged (e.g., crushed boxes, punctured pallets, shattered fixtures), you must explicitly note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. You must then photograph the damage and report it to info@yekcommercellc.com within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to follow this protocol legally voids our ability to process a freight insurance claim on your behalf.

  • Stolen/Lost Packages: If the tracking portal designates your order as "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact us within 3 business days so that we may initiate a formal trace and investigation with the carrier and local U.S. postal inspectors.

  • Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Addresses: If a shipment is refused upon arrival (without prior RMA authorization) or returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the user, YEK COMMERCE LLC reserves the right to deduct all outbound and return freight costs, alongside a 20% restocking fee, from the final refund amount.
